Body Better H2O Program
Try the Body Better H2O class, our most challenging group aquatic class for individuals with arthritis and other health conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, osteoporosis, etc.
Body Better H2O incorporates low-impact resistance training, functional movements, stretching and relaxation to help you improve your mental and physical strength and health.
Our pool is heated to a soothing 92° – 96° and is accessible by both ramp and hydraulic chair lift.
